Kanpur Smart City Mobile App and Online Mutation Inauguration
Kanpur Smart City Mobile App and Online Mutation were inaugurated under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Mayor of Kanpur, Smt Pramila Pandey in the presence of Dr. Sudhir M Bobde, Chairman-KSCL in the Command & Control Centre on 25/10/2019. Mr. Santosh Kumar Sharma, CEO-KSCL explained the functioning of Kanpur Smart City Mobile App and Online Mutation. He further added that these apps will be a boon to the citizens of Kanpur as the grievance redressal system will become more efficient and the hierarchical escalation function will ensure timely grievance redressal. E-Challan generation depiction was also carried out during the ceremony
